Terms of Service
By using WillyChina (“the Service”) you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
1. The Service
WillyChina provides personalised online Mandarin Chinese lessons and related educational content delivered by Will via video call (Zoom or equivalent).
2. Booking and Payment
- Lessons are booked by mutual agreement via email or the contact form.
- All prices are listed in USD. Payment is accepted in AUD, GBP, CAD, SGD and EUR at the equivalent amount.
- Accepted payment methods: Wise, Revolut, PayPal, and direct bank transfer.
- Payment is due prior to or at the time of the lesson unless otherwise agreed.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Please give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a lesson.
- Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be charged in full.
- If WillyChina needs to cancel a lesson, a full reschedule or refund will be offered.
4. Lesson Conduct
Students are expected to engage respectfully and in good faith. WillyChina reserves the right to discontinue lessons with any student who behaves inappropriately.
5. Intellectual Property
All lesson materials and content provided by WillyChina are for personal use only and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
WillyChina is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant lesson.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
